Can I order teak furniture from Sinar Jaya Mebel outside Indonesia?

Yes. We regularly ship furniture to Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya, and also internationally. Shipping is handled via cargo freight (Indah Cargo, JNE Trucking, or international sea freight). All items are packed in wooden crates + bubble wrap for safe delivery. Contact us via WhatsApp for a shipping quote to your location.

What teak furniture products can I order?

We produce: teak entrance doors (panel, double swing, arch top), door and window frames (kusen), louvered windows (krepyak), wardrobes, dining tables and chairs, bed frames (queen/king), TV units, bookshelves, dressing tables, and custom partitions (gebyok). All products are made to your exact dimensions.

How long does production take?

Standard production time: doors/frames 7–14 days, dining set 14–21 days, wardrobes 21–28 days, full house package 30–45 days. We send weekly WhatsApp photo updates throughout production. Rush orders may be possible for simple items — ask us.

What type of teak wood do you use?

We use mature teak wood (Tectona grandis) from Perhutani-managed forests in Central Java — properly dried to ~12–15% moisture content for long-term stability in tropical and temperate climates. All teak is legally sourced from certified forestry areas. Not plantation-grown fast teak.

How do I place an order from overseas?

Step 1: Message us on WhatsApp with your dimensions + design reference photo. Step 2: We provide a detailed quote within 24 hours. Step 3: Agree on design, price, and timeline → 50% deposit payment. Step 4: Production with weekly photo progress. Step 5: Final payment after product is complete → packing + shipment. Full process manageable remotely via WhatsApp.

What is the minimum order quantity?

No minimum order. We accept single item orders (e.g., one teak door) as well as full house packages (doors + frames + windows for an entire house). For international shipping, ordering multiple items at once reduces per-item shipping cost significantly.
